Begin with wet skin, massage the scrub in a circular motion over your skin, paying particular attention to problem areas. Rinse off with warm water. Pamper yourself 2-3 times per week.
Virgin Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil*: is a good source of Vitamin E and Lauric acid. It is an excellent moisturiser with the ability to penetrate deep into the skin and promote collagen production. Coconut oil also has antibacterial properties.
