Here at Natura Skincare our products are handmade in small batches, that way we can ensure consistency and customers know they are purchasing from a fresh batch. We will have your orders out to you within 2-7 business days. International orders will be out to you within 5-10 days. Please note these time frames are a guide only. We can not be held responsible for any delays once they leave our premises.
We use Sendle to get our products delivered to you. Sendle is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and Australia's first certified technology B Corporation. B corporations must meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. However, at times if necessary we will use Australia Post.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 around Australia, Free shipping around Australia on orders of $80 and over.
We currently ship to the following countries; New Zealand - $15, US - $15, UK - $15, Hong Kong - $15
Please note you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or charges incurred upon receipt of goods.
Please note as with all natural and organic products there may be slight variations in colour and consistency of texture from batch to batch. Seasons and weather can play a part in the colour and consistency of certain ingredients, particularly butters and beeswax. In the warmer months you may find products containing these key ingredients may be softer, in this case giving your product a stir and placing your product in the fridge for 10 minutes will solve this. In the colder months you may find products containing these key ingredients may be harder, in this case working your product in the warmth of the palm of your hand will soften it. These changes are normal and will not affect the benefits of your product.
We want you to love our products as much as we love creating them for you, so if you are not satisfied in any way, please contact us within 21 days of your purchase.
We will act in line with Australian Consumer Law to resolve the issue. You will be responsible for shipping and we advise using a trackable service to do so.
Agreed refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
